Letter sent to Christine Lagarde

Paris, March 10th, 2020

Dear Madam,

When you were minister of the Economy, you asked the Cnil to examine a draft ordinance related to the directive 2005/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2005.

The Cnil issued the deliberation 2008-581 on 18 December 2008.

I got it after lodging a complaint with the Commission for Access to Administrative Documents.

You had been requested to mention in the texts underway that the data collected for the sake of LCB-FT should only be used for that purpose.

You might have interacted since it turns out that the data can be re-used according to further deliberations.

You can provide an explanation that will be helpful to understand that situation by 2 months.

Otherwise, this letter will be considered as unanswered.

Yours Sincerely,
