Complaint against the Cnil

Paris, November 13th, 2018

Dear Sir or Madam,

On 23 May 2018, I requested that Legifrance send me the deliberation 2008-581 of 18 December 2008 giving an opinion about a draft ordinance related to the anti-money money laundering and terrorism financing.

On 28 May 2018, Legifrance suggested that I should contact the French Data authority (Cnil).

I unsuccessfully asked the Cnil to send it to me the same day and on 10 September 2018.

I consequently lodge a complaint with your commission.

I require that the Cnil send me this deliberation in the name of the right for information.

This deliberation is the only unavailable legal source among 9 legal sources mentioned in a public deliberation (1).

Yours Faithfully,

1 Deliberation 2009-465 of 9 July 2009 giving an opinion about drafts decree and order for implementing the ordinance of 30 January 2009 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering
