Dear Sir,

You have called the attention of the Rights Defender since male applicants have been systematically dismissed when applying to the beauty and cosmetology trainings owing to their gender.

The Rights Defender has taken up the matter.

Please note that the [...] has stopped banning male applicants following our inquiry and I have taken this action into consideration.

Moreover, pursuant to the article 25 of the Organic Act of 29^th March 2011, I have decided to recommend other schools to cease refusing systematically male applicants, to promote the male and female education and review their communication policy getting brochures designed for both genders and not only for women.

I have also requested that the Ministry of education and social affairs, the Ministry of health and women rights heighten the beauty schools and training centers awareness about the non-discrimination based on the gender and how they should do to develop the male and female co-education.
