- Discharges fees 15 EUR

You have been informed that the payment has not been fully made (Article L113-3 of the Insurance Code). An insurance coverage can be terminated when the policyholder does not pay it. This termination does not discharge of any debt.

Payment can be made by means of:

3)  MY CAR INSURANCE STATEMENT

Even if the hereunder car insurance statement shows that the insurance was terminated since I requested it (Motif de résiliation : client), it would be Amaguiz which actually asked for it, according to Effico.

4)  OVERPAYMENT OF 5,56 EUROS

Effico claimed that the termination happened for unpayment, whereas I even overpaid Amaguiz. It had to credit 5,56 EUR in my bank account to pay the balance, few weeks following the termination.

(Amaline Assurances = Amaguiz)

5)  E-MAIL OF AMAGUIZ
